Fat Burning Furnace Review

Being overweight or obese can definitely affect anyone’s self-confidence and self-esteem. It’s not only difficult to accept, but challenging to do what it takes to get in shape.
If you are suffering from one of these issues or simply want to lose weight, Fat Burning Furnace will realistically show you how to solve these problems.

Fat Burning Furnace – What is it?

Simply put, Fat Burning Furnace is a weight loss program that combines specific exercises with smart dieting and motivational techniques to achieve accelerated fat loss.
Complete workouts and diet plans are included – all you need to do is follow them to lose weight and get in shape.

Is it Just Another Weight Loss Program? Is it a Scam?

fat burning furnace review
I know there are countless programs for weight loss out there already, so what makes this one any different?
After extensively researching many fitness programs on the market, I was disappointed because none of them met my expectations and left me dissatisfied.
Many weight loss promotions were making misleading claims like “lose 20 lbs in 1 week!” Others were simply unrealistic and too difficult for overweight individuals to safely and effectively perform.
In fact, it is outright dangerous for someone out of shape to jump straight into a complex workout. Instead, they should gradually ease into the routines and let their body adapt before working at higher intensities.
Fat Burning Furnace does just that. If you’re overweight and out of shape, this program will take you by the hand and guide you through the necessary steps to achieve your target weight and appearance.
Personally, I found that it trumped other fat loss guides in terms of overall effectiveness, content, simplicity and time commitment. After thoroughly comparing it with the other workouts and reviews on the market, I concluded that this program offered one of the better strategies to quickly lose weight.

Hate Cardio? No Problem

Unlike most other fat loss programs out there, cardio is not a requirement. You don’t need to cycle or run on a treadmill for 45 minutes a day.
Instead, this program utilizes specialized weight training  to reduce the overall fat in different areas of your body.

How Does Fat Burning Furnace Work?

In addition to a step by step nutritional guide to improve your diet, this program uses workouts focused on boosting your body’s metabolism to maximize the rate of fat loss.
With a combination of proper dieting and weight training, you will quickly burn fat and remold your body.
In fact, it isn’t unusual for people to lose several pounds in only their first week of this program.

Pros

  • Sets up your diet for you. A complete food chart and sample meal plan is provided.
  • Step by step workout plan. The diagrams and illustrations make it very easy to learn and follow.
  • NO cardio required.
  • Get instant access. You can literally begin the program immediately after purchasing it.
  • Unlimited access to coaching and support.
  • Full refund within 60 days. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with the program, simply request a refund. No questions asked.

Cons

  • Although a sample meal plan with various food choices are included, I found that it wasn’t as comprehensive and informative as I would have liked.
  • Although weights are recommended, results can still be achieved by performing body weight exercises.
  • If your goal is aimed more towards building muscle rather than losing weight, try Visual Impact Muscle Building. Not to be mistaken, you will still gain muscle as a result of the workouts, but not as much compared to a program designed specifically to build muscle.

What People Are Saying About Fat Burning Furnace

With all the hype and scams on the internet, you may still be doubting whether or not it really works. And do I have any proof for it? Of course!
That is why I’ve compiled a few product reviews from people who had success with this program to help you decide.
Natasha O. – Finally, a fat loss program that works!

I began this program last month, and so far I LOVE it. Obviously, you won’t lose weight doing the exercises or following the nutrition plan half-assed. But if you’re willing give this program 100%, you’re definitely going to see results.
My body fat has went down from 20% to 16%, hips 32” to 30”, and waist 29.5” to 28”! This program has truly been a godsend. It was great to have a set routine and schedule to follow.
Simon K. – Unbelievable results

I’m in the 5th week of the program and I have already lost 15 lbs and gone down 2 whole pants sizes! I was so excited that I purchased a pair of jeans a few sizes smaller to give me that extra motivation. At this rate, I know I’ll easily reach my goal.

Linda B. – Got me in shape for my wedding
I was originally overweight and decided that I had to take action or I’d never fit into the wedding dress I wanted. This program was exactly what I was looking for.
It was extremely easy to read and simple to follow. All I had to do was follow the meal plan and exercises from the charts provided.
Over 3 months, I lost a total of 4″ from my waist, 3″ from my hips and 7% body fat. By the end of the program, I had achieved my ideal weight and was able to fit into my wedding dress! Thank you Fat Burning Furnace.

Weight Training For Women: The Ultimate Guide

weight training routines for women
Weight lifting is a type of training that many women tend to shy away from. For instance, you may have seen female bodybuilders who are excessively muscular and somewhat resemble men in their physique.
Most women who look “bulky” are often using hormone supplements to boost their testosterone levels. Otherwise, it is highly unlikely that women will get muscular and bulky from simply lifting weights. In fact, I’ve known many women who have drastically increased their strength through weight training without increasing their size.

Here’s the truth: you will NOT get too “bulky.” Men generate approximately 10x more testosterone than females which stimulates muscle growth. Even so, it can take males years of training and proper dieting before they significantly build muscle mass.
In fact, intense weight training is more effective than long, drawn out cardio at burning calories.
With that being said, this doesn’t mean that women can’t gain muscle at all. Instead, this means that women can achieve a more toned and lean appearance with the proper weight training.

Weight Training For Women To Add Curves

Contrary to popular belief, the best way for a woman to build muscle and tone up is to train with heavy weights. Rather than performing countless repetitions and hardly breaking a sweat with lighter weights, lifting heavy allows for the ideal stimulation of muscle growth in the right places.
These are 6 exercises that will effectively help women build that lean, fit and sexy physique.

Bench Press

To bust the myths, bench pressing for women will not bulk up your chest, shrink/enlarge your breasts or make you look like a man. Unless you are lifting excessive amounts of weight (over 200 lbs), you don’t have to worry about looking like a man.
If you omit chest training completely but continue to train your other muscles, you may develop muscular imbalances that could result in bad posture, a bony looking chest, or inability to do certain exercises.
Since most women have never bench pressed in their life, I would recommend starting with only the bar to apply proper technique and avoid injury. If the bar is too heavy, you can start with basic push-ups to gradually strengthen your chest and eventually work up to the bench press.

Squats

Squats are the ultimate compound exercise for any woman (and man) because it incorporates almost every important muscle group in the body. Squats are essential for enhancing your butt and toning your legs. In addition to targeting the hamstrings and quads, squats also work your abs and calves.

Deadlifts

Deadlifts are another great full body exercise for women. They primarily target the lower back, legs, abdominal muscles, and arms. In my previous article, I mentioned that deadlifts may make your thighs bigger. However, this is only true if you’re performing many reps, for example in the 8-12+range.

Lunges

Next to squats, lunges are one of the best exercises that develop your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. Lunges are ideal for toning the lower half of your body to give you the curves you want.
For more of a challenge, hold a dumbbell in either hand and perform the lunge with one foot on a Bosu ball to work your stabilizer muscles. You can gradually increase the resistance as your legs get stronger.

Pull Ups

This is a tough one. Physiologically, women have less upper body strength than men, which makes this exercise very difficult. In fact, less than 1% of all females can do a proper pull-up.
Pull-ups focus on developing the muscles of your back, biceps, shoulders, and forearms. If you find yourself struggling, try using the assisted pull-up machine to gradually build muscle and eventually transition into doing unassisted pull-ups.

Dips

Dips mainly focus on working the triceps, but also emphasize your chest and shoulders if done properly. This exercise is great for developing upper body strength and firming up your arms.
Weights are not required to perform dips. Simply grab a flat bench and elevate your body by holding yourself up with your arms while keeping your feet on the ground in front of you. Lower your body down by bending your elbow to a 90 degree angle, then push yourself back up.
Like pull-ups, you can use the assisted dip machine if you can’t support your own body weight yet. To increase the difficulty, elevate your feet on an exercise ball as shown below.

Weight Training Workout Sets for Women

  • Aim for 3 sets of 6-8 reps per exercise
  • Lifting in the 6-8 rep range will optimize strength gains and maximize toning
  • Do these exercises 3 times per week alternating between Workout A and B
So you’d want to do at least 6 reps but not exceed more than 8 reps per set. If you can’t fully complete 6 reps, lower the weight. If 8 reps is too easy, increase the weight.
Workout A (3 sets of 6-8 reps)
  • Bench Press
  • Dips
  • Pull Ups
Workout B (3 sets of 6-8 reps)
  • Squats
  • Deadlift
  • Lunges
Remember that women cannot get bulky from weight training, but instead build toned muscle and burn fat. Performing these exercises at the gym will optimize your physique. Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself by lifting heavier weights!

Visual Impact for Women

If you’re a woman looking for a complete weight training, cardio and nutrition guide, I recommend taking a look at Visual Impact for Women. I bought this program for my sister and I can honestly say that in terms of a comprehensive workout guide, there is nothing comparable.
With a 229 page manual describing each exercise and printable workout charts for every routine, I was blown away. There is nothing else that can compare when it comes to helping women get that slim, sexy physique - without getting bulky!
In fact, I incorporated a few of the weight training concepts from Visual Impact into this article. This is a program for women who want to look fit while still looking amazing in a dress and 100% feminine.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Back Workout

arnold schwarzenegger chest and back workout
Your back is composed of several different muscles which must be targeted separately in order to achieve that monstrous yet defined appearance. Having a well-developed back will make you look bigger and improve your posture at the same time.

Aside from neglecting to workout your legs, the second biggest mistake is to avoid working your back as much as you work your chest. If you’re not careful, overworking your chest in proportion to your back will cause you to hunch forward, thus destroying your posture. This is because your back muscles will simply be unable to compensate for the disproportionate amount of muscle in your chest.
